This is literally the only tutorial (written or filmed) I found that explained a way to do this that works for iOS 17 and the current version of iTunes. I HATE that Apple made this so difficult (it makes me want to stop using the Voice Memos app in favor of something that allows better management of your files), but I am glad I at least found a way to archive the memos to my computer. Thanks.
