i have a s24 ultra and i used smart switch to transfer from my note 10 plus i had samsung cloud under accounts. i had some issues with s24 ultra so i did a factory reset and restore then i noticed that samsung cloud is now missing how do i get is bace? or your video here is that the new way to back it up please advise
